Educational Qualification
Technician Apprentice (Diploma Holders)

3-year Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, or Electronics

Trade Apprentice (ITI Candidates)

Graduate Apprentice

Full-time Graduation (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA or similar)

Data Entry Operator (DEO)

OR 12th Pass + Domestic Data Entry Operator Skill Certificate

IOCL Apprentice Stipend / Salary 2026
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act rules.

After completing training, candidates receive an IOCL Apprenticeship Certificate, which is very useful for future government and PSU jobs such as ONGC, HPCL, BPCL, etc.
